We need your signature, for the building management to seriously provide a serious update/ date for the opening, and to be able to escalate this to the condo board and the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).

Please sign if you agree that it is not acceptable anymore that amenities still not open, management doesn’t see to really care

I m paying for those supposedly amazing amenities, you too.



We are all aware that the COVID restrictions are lifted, and the amenities including the gym and spa and all what is supposedly available in the building has to be open already.

Also it seems that there is no real construction happening, and management doesn’t seem to care.
