We are all aware that the COVID restrictions are lifted, and the amenities including the gym and spa and all what is supposedly available in the building has to be open already.
Also it seems that there is no real construction happening, and management doesn’t seem to care.

The building management can no longer ignore this wall of opposition. We have built enough momentum to force them into a corner and demand the services we are paying for.

It doesn't even have to be every amenity that opens, just some of them. It's a bit silly that they're all closed and we're still paying for them.
Agree! It’s been over a year without any amenities - they should be open! Covid isn’t an excuse anymore every other condo amenities are open, restrictions have been lifted!
Ridiculous that the pool is still locked up. Every other building in the city is back to normal. Management just keeps dodging our emails about it.
The amenities issue is unacceptable. Condo management and superintendent are incompetent at their jobs and never provide sufficient service for owners and renters in the building.
It’s been months and we have no heard anything from the management regarding the amenities. No one seems to have any answers
