Collecting signatures for Amelia Letvin who is self-nominating for the GRC Board
Hello Geothermal Community!
I am running for the GRC Board, and thus required to collect 35 signatures from GRC members to endorse my self-nomination, and confirm that I am active in the geothermal field. Why would you want to endorse me? I have written an anti-harassment policy (that will hopefully be endorsed and implemented) to confront harassment at geothermal conferences which marginalize women and minorities. In addition to that I have written the WING September 2020 Newsletter, and run the WING Instagram page.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the response to this nomination. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I never imagined the community would rally behind these ideas so quickly.

Amelia has done so much for the community already. We really need this policy passed and she is the right person to lead the charge.
I support Amelia for making a difference within GRC board, and beyond. I came to know Amelia not so long ago, but her openness to develop other geothermal professionals emanated right from the first conversation I had with her. Good luck, Amelia!

While performing the three geothermal boreholes in Djibouti, I had the opportunity to work with Amelia for almost a year, I really enjoyed her work. She trained me, she taught me about teamwork. I really thank him for his professionalism and for his humanity. To sum it up, Amelia is a person who understands the best way to work with her colleagues, and today she deserves this place within GRG. I support her 100%
Amelia is a champion and one of my personal heroes; the board will undoubtedly be better for having her in it!
You've been a longtime supporter of GR and would be an excellent addition to the Board.
