We believe Airbnb to be a necessity to our community and its beauty, growth, relationships, economy and much more. Currently St. Joe and St. Joseph Charter Township do not allow residents to participate in Airbnb for many reasons, but with your help // signatures we hope to be able to convince our local governments of the importance and benefits of Airbnb as well as to ease their fears of short term rentals here in our lovely town!! Some reasons why we love Airbnb & believe its so important to our community : 1) Economic growth through: Tourism, Local(s) Support, Competition to Decrease Price Gouging 2) Gives visitors a taste of local life 3) Bringing in the next generation to stay (Millennials not moving to areas that don’t allow Airbnb) 4) Unique travel experiences, not just another hotel 5) Many many more

PLEASE fix this. We want to bring more people to see how beautiful our town is.
We love visiting but hate staying in those gross overpriced hotels. Let us stay in a real house!
St Joe needs to get with the times. Hotels are way too expensive and this would help local shops a ton.
Its my property I should be able to rent it out if I want. Government needs to stay out of it.
My family always looks for an airbnb first when we travel. If we can't find one we just go to a different town. Stop losing out on our money.

Totally agree. Keep the money in our local economy instead of big hotel chains.
