Why would anyone want to stay in a house vs a hotel when traveling? Do you think with Nashville's buzzing tourism, area residents should have a piece of the pie? Are you for rising property value for the community? Then this is the petition for you. We have a real problem where the city has made a drastic move to cap the amount of homes allowed to utilize sites like Airbnb and VRBO. We are gathering signatures of Nashville residents that support the freedom of commerce like our country was founded. We should be able to pursue this freedom and happiness.

Nashville's current scheme is ineffective, unwieldy, awkwardly ill-formed, and steps on rights of property and commerce. The Council should re-think and work co-operatively with AirBNB and residents.
