Teenagers and parents in the City of Aiken want to let their elected officials know that they are opposed to the proposed Aiken Youth Protection ordinance which requires a mandatory curfew for children under the age of seventeen (17) and imposes various penalties on the child and parent (see full text of Aiken YPO at www.aiken.net). Therefore, they have signed this online petition to let their opposition to such an ordinance be known.
