I am also a frustrated BPTP Park elite premium customer. It's totally annoyed after hearing that BPTP is going to demand additional unwanted charges as escalation charges and area increase cost?. Let's be unite and oppose this. Delay in possession is from BPTP end.

Every individual has been financially affected due to undue delay in delivery of the project, either by paying house rent or house loan interest or both. Hence, the demand for cost esclation and enhanced area must not be raised by the builder. The builder should rather pay more panelty to relieve us from such a huge loss.

The builder BPTP has cheated poor people by not delivering the promised dwelling units/homes. This scam must end.

Fed up with the builder BPTP, never knew the harrasement i would get for putting in my hard earned money!
