Enough retail, enough residential, we are not and do not want to be a city with more crime, more impatient drivers, accidents, deaths, declining environment and wild life, and more inconsiderate and irresponsible individuals.

Traffic is already horrible on Wertzville Road, particularly when 81 is jammed. It's dangerous pulling out of your development if you want to turn left, and the backlog makes it difficult to get home. This area is beautiful and full of homes with children. Let's keep that safe, both for traffic and pollution purposes.

Put the residents and safety first. This is single handedly the worst intersection already, why are we considering drawing more traffic there? Not to mention, there are already so many vacancies in the Planet Fitness shopping center. Why not draw commercial interests there before considering building new complexes.

As a former member of the Township's Planning Commission, I would suggest verification against the Township's Future Land Use Plan, which I am fairly certain would not show this land as commercial.

For years we have been asking for consistent traffic law enforcement on Wertzville Road, with very little, if any, help from PennDOT, PSP, Township. If nothing can be done for the traffic, nothing new should be built to increase traffic.

I oppose the rezoning of Good Home Road/Wertzville Road Intersection. Traffic congestion in this area is already problematic, with numerous accidents at nearby lights. Part of charm of area was residential. Will consider moving if development in this area continues.

Why is there a need for a commercial area when there are so many empty buildings and parcels of land along the Carlisle Pike area?? Definitely against any commercial development development !!
