This document is spot on with the problems in our community. Happy to add my signature and hoping for resolution.

I feel that the amenities that were promised from the begininning haven’t even been started and now there are so many more homes and families living in the Veranda. So there should be a lot more money going into providing those things but yet there is nothing still? So I don’t understand this increase because nothing has changed so why the increase????????

I feel the more people we have move into the neighborhood the less we should pay, not have an increase. We don’t even have a half ass decent park for our kids, and the pool is nice but it’s a joke as well. Most neighborhoods in our area have a lot more amenities and nicer landscaping and pay a fraction of what we pay. We do plan on selling our house just because the HOA and developers are a joke.

Absurd increase with no actions taken towards what was already promised under the original rates.

I wouldn’t mind paying extra if we actually had something to pay for. The pool is all there is and it’s barely kept together.

This HOA is a sad excuse for property management.

Our neighborhood has a pool & that is it. We have no tennis courts, basketball courts, covered seating areas, nothing that is worth our HOA fees going up. Ridiculous.

I bought my house in 2012 and was promised additional amenities that were suppose to be added. Since buying my home all I have received is new neighbors and a ton of construction... If they want to increase HOA, why don’t they gate in Verandah. This could be easily done at both entrances.

Shouldn’t punish the owner by raising the hoa fees cause y’all can’t budget

The raising of HOA dues is unwarranted considering the addition of paying homeowners absent any additional amenities. If there was any progress on the amenities then this would be more acceptable.

Raising rates without adequate cause is abusive to the neighborhood. If we at least have progress on future development i.e. park areas, playground improvements, club house, a rate increase would be understandable.

Against this increase. None of the amenities that were told to me upon purchasing my house have been added to our neighbors.
