I propose a national Adopt a Friend day* (pet adoption day) A day where kids,adult's, and many other people, can learn, play and celebrate animals and there right's. Many shelter's can have gatherings were they show the dogs that may not be as pretty as all the other ones, so they can have a chance to find a permanent home with love and care. *I hope to one day make this day Global.
