We, the undersigned, support the plans for a new field at Appleton West High School. We encourage the alderpersons of the City of Appleton to do the same. While desiring to look out for the interests of the homeowners who DO NOT wish to sell, We want the plan approved to allow the acquisition of the homes whose homeowners DO wish to sell. We see this plan as a gift to our neighborhood. We see it as a way to beautify not only Appleton West High School, but also the City of Appleton. We see that the Appleton Area School District is addressing the concerns of the neighbors, by planning a new parking lot for students and fans at a nearby location. And we see Appleton West High School as a good neighbor to all of us, interested in keeping its longstanding reputation as a friend who reaches out to the community in many ways.
