This petition is created in advance of the 2025 Annual Meeting to compel the current board to add a 5th Board Position (voting) to ensure we have odd number of directors to serve as a "tie-break" for any split issues on the board. This petition will also require the board to change the current non-voting position to a voting one, primarily to broaden community input into the decisions that affect us all. Please sign if you support 5 voting board positions going forward as permitted by the bylaws.
