I feel that this is a postive step for the chairty, due to the positive impact that Vicky has on the chairty. She has worked extreamly hard for the charity and has built it to what it is today. I believe that as a mental health charity we should support staff through difficult periods with their own mental health and ensure better support for this in the future.
