According to data from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), areas like ours (just outside commercial business infrastructure thoroughfares) often suffer from poor cell reception due to aging equipment. This not only affects our daily communication (especially with so many working from home since the pandemic) but also poses potential risks during emergencies when swift communication is vital. We urge our Arapahoe County Commissioners to prioritize and expedite the proposed upgrades on the Lakeview Cell Antenna. Improved service will greatly enhance our quality of life and ensure that we remain connected at all times.

Our petition is approaching one hundred signatures which will provide a necessary foundation for our upcoming presentation to the Arapahoe County Commissioners. Please bring this effort to the attention of your neighbors to ensure we reach this threshold promptly.

We have many Healthcare workers and essential personnel living in our neighborhood and must have much improved cell reception. It could potentially endanger lives to continue with the existing spotty poor coverage.
It is total insanity not to have good cell coverage in our neighborhood and around Cottonwood Creek Elementary, CCV pool, and our parks! Aside from our homes depending on which street you live on. Very unsafe in emergency situations, cannot communicate with kids or schools. We are failing families by not remedying this situation asap. Please please fix!
I strongly feel, that we should have better cellular communication. I have been living here sixteen years, not once in that amount of time that me and my family had a stable phone call. It makes a means of communication frustrating at times and we are unable to do contact the people need to.
I loathe the fact that we have such poor service! And if the concern is "property values", poor service will LOWER them!
This is one of the nicest suburbs in Colorado and we have 3rd world cell service. Many of us depend on cell service for work. It’s unacceptable.
So hard to get a good connection with people who live here.
This needs to be updated and clearly the majority are in favor.

I am a physician and do remote hospital work from home. Good cell service is critical to the care I provide patients.
