We the undersigned believe it is time the authorities and animal control personnel create and maintain a public list of animal abusers. Many therapists have declared that they have seen animal abuse as the first signs of social dysfunction in criminals and child abusers. A list of convicted animal abusers will help protect our children, our pets, and ourselves from falling victims to those who cannot control or find acceptable way to channel their anger that does not include abusing a helpless animal. We hereby petition the animal control, the USHS and the court system to initiate such a list and make it available to the general public for their protection.
