We are writing this letter to request an extension in the deadline for submitting our Master thesis. The date for submission is July 7, 2021, but we still have some writing work pending and fear that we will not be able to complete it within the original time frame.

Kindly consider our personal circumstance of Corona virus disease (COVID-19);we are unable to collect primary data as we’d planned because of strict Covid-19 protocols and safety issues in different organizations and in the city. This causes for the delay of data collection or fieldwork. Questioners and interviews are extended by different sources and which slowed us down to finish our thesis. In Addition to this security issues in some areas of the country also challenges some student’s data collection activities.

Kindly consider the following unusual circumstances why we could not complete our research on time: At this stage in the research we are considering filling a patent file before we submit the thesis to the external reviewer only we need few weeks.

Considering our problem, kindly grant us an extension of few weeks only for submitting the thesis. We assure you that we will complete and submit our thesis well before the revised deadline.
