It is not feasible or reasonable to put a high density residential structure in this area! The area is already too crowded and Mall Dr has become dangerous to cross on enter. The noise level has increased 100% from trucks and individuals driving with their bass speakers putting out a super high volume. The SG city planner should dismiss this out of hand.

60 North 2080 East Circle St. George, Ut 84790 Mall drive is extremely busy! People speed so fast is it is. Drivers go so fast on Mall drive. You need a full-time parole officer on that street. I have walked the street and it is dangerous. Putting an apartment complex would be overcrowding and congest Mall drive road even worse. The signal stand there is totally ignored. A commercial building would be so much better if there has to be something put there at all! Please send a police officer in a patrol car to control the traffic and a traffic study. I have walked Mall drive road early morning, mid-morning, early afternoon, and evening. It is so congested. Sometimes even big semidelivery trucks use it for the grocery stores!
