সন্মানপূৰ্বক বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে আমি Face book ৰ National Forum of Assam গ্রুপৰ তৰফৰ পৰা নগৰ অঞ্চলত আৰু ৰাজপথত মহিলা সকলৰ প্ৰস্বাৱ কৰা সমস্যা বিষয়টিৰ প্ৰতি দৃষ্টি আকৰ্ষন কৰিব বিচাৰিছো। মহিলাসকল যেতিয়াই ঘৰৰ পৰা বিভিন্ন কামৰ বাবে বাহিৰলৈ ওলাই যায় তেওলোকৰ বাবে আটাইতকৈ বেদনাদায়ক সমস্যা হৈছে মুকলি ঠাইত প্ৰস্বাৱ কৰা।যিটো কথা আন কাৰোবাৰ আগত ব্যক্ত কৰিব নোৱাৰে।এয়া মহিলা সকলৰ অব্যক্ত বেদনা।দুৰণিবটীয়া বাছেৰে গলে কেতিয়াবা মানুহ-দুনুহ নোহোৱা ৰাষ্টাত প্ৰস্বাৱ কৰিবলৈ গাড়ীখন অলপ সময়ৰ বাবে ৰাখি দিয়ে।পুৰুষ যাত্ৰী সকলে লাজ-কাজ নকৰাকৈ দৃষ্টিকটু ভাবে কৰিলেই যেনিবা,কিন্ত্তু মহিলাসকলে লাজ-কাজ বাদ দিব নোৱাৰে আৰু মনৰ ভিতৰত থকা অসহ্যকৰ বেদনা সহি গন্তব্যস্হান নোপোৱালৈ যাব লগা হয়। কেতিয়াবা কোনোবা হোটেলৰ সন্মুখত ৰাখি চাহ ভাত খোৱাৰ সুবিধাৰ লগতে প্ৰস্বাৱ কৰাৰ সুবিধা দিয়ে যদিও হোটেলৰ ভিতৰচোৱা অতিকৈ দুখলগা।হোটেলৰ ভিতৰৰ শৌচাগাৰ আৰু প্ৰস্বাৱগাৰ অতি নিম্নখাপৰ।পৰিস্কাৰ-পৰিচ্ছন্নতাৰ নাম গোন্ধ নাই।প্ৰকৃতাৰ্থত হোটলৰ মালিকে পৰিস্কাৰ শৌচাগাৰ,প্ৰস্বাৱগাৰৰ ব্যৱস্হা কৰিব লাগে বুলি নাভাবেই।তদুপৰি নিজৰ চহৰখনতে বজাৰ-সমাৰ কৰা,অফিচ-কাচাৰীৰ কাম কৰোতে চহৰৰ মাজতো এনে সমস্যাই বাৰুকৈয়ে বিপদত পেলায়। সেয়েহে আমি মহিলা সকলৰ এই সমস্যা সমাধানৰ বাবে কেইটামান পৰামৰ্শ আগবঢ়াব বিচাৰো:
১)নিৰ্দিষ্ট দুৰত্বৰ অন্তৰে অন্তৰে ৰাষ্টাত শৌচালয়-প্ৰস্বাৱগাৰৰ ব্যৱস্হা হব লাগে।
২)এই শৌচালয়-প্ৰস্বাৱগাৰবোৰ বিনামুলীয়া তথা pay & use ও কৰিব পৰা যায়।
৩)এই শৌচালয় -প্ৰস্বাৱগাৰ বোৰত ২৪ ঘন্টাই ৰখীয়া থাকিব লাগিব আৰু পৰিস্কাৰ কৰিব লাগিব।প্ৰয়োজন সাপেক্ষে স্থানীয় নিকায় সমূহক বা NGO ক এইবিলাক চোৱা চিতাৰ দ্বায়িত্ব দিব লাগে।
৪)হোটেল ৰেষ্টোৰাত পৰিস্কাৰ শৌচালয়-প্ৰস্বাৱগাৰ বাধ্যতামুলক হব লাগে অন্যথাই স্বচ্ছ ভাৰত অভিযানৰ অধীনত জৰিমনা/শাস্তিৰ ব্যৱস্হা হব লাগে।
আমি চৰকাৰক সবিনয়ৰে উক্ত বিষয়টি গুৰুত্ব সহকাৰে বিবেচনা কৰি শীঘ্ৰে ব্যৱস্হা গ্ৰহণ কৰিব বুলি আবেদন জনালো।

im still reading every single comment about the struggle of finding a clean restroom while traveling and it is honestly heartbreaking. this is something so many of us deal with every day without saying a word but we are finally bringing it into the light.

the momentum behind this is honestly incredible and seeing so many people agree that we need better facilities for women across the state means the world. i didnt think we would get this kind of traction so quickly but its clear that this is a huge issue that needs fixing right now.

I want cleanlyness and I think our state government should take a look at this matter. People urinate openly on roadsides and bus stands due to the lake of clean toilets and urinals. To stop this government must make public urinals near urban areas and should also develop a system which could maintain those urinals in a proper and effective way.
Its very pethetic to see people running here and there during exertion period, urination, tiolets etc specially ladies are more suffrer as there is lack of public toilets. Govt. must look in to this aspect and construct public toilets.
This is essential for women, sick person. I think our SWACHHOTA AVIJAN will not success with out road side toilet.

Really its very urgent for all men and woman in this swass bharat abhiyan.. also generate employments generation. please maintain it by private conctractual basis, otherwise all will be null and void.
