As you ALL know, the service and quality at CAFE CLARE in the Galleria Officentre building has been steadily on the decline. When ordering our meals, we must suffer through the poor attitudes of an overwhelmed, and understaffed service crew. Frequently, we observe uncleanly work environments, including improper handling of food products, knives, cleaning towels, etc. More than just a few of us have become ill from poor food handling and storage methods. **The intention behind this petition is to bring light to the issues and have them resolved. We do not want to cause a disruption, nor do we want to see anyone lose their job.** WE JUST WANT HEALTHIER AND HAPPIER SERVICE!!
