Recognizing the negative effects of a single-section grade level on students and that school's community, I, the undersigned, request the Wellesley School Committee to effect a policy change to facilitate maintaining a minimum of two sections per grade level at all elementary schools in the Wellesley Public School system until new schools are built.

42 OAK ST. Totally agree with this. One section is just way too small for any real classroom dynamic.
14 Cedar Street. My kids really need the social options a two section grade provides. Being stuck with the same 15 kids for 6 years is not ideal.
