My daughter is in one of the 26 kid classes and she is already struggling to keep up. The teacher is way too overwhelmed to help everyone. This needs to change now.
I am an Instructional Math Coach and research proves that students benefit from much smaller class sizes, specifically in the lower grades. I moved to this area from Westchester last year... for this school and I am beyond disgusted that now my son will not receive the instruction and attention all young students need.

26 kids in a 2nd grade room is insane. how r they supposed to learn anything when its basically a zoo in there?? fix this.
