ATTENTION TOWN CENTER HOMEOWNERS
Sign this petition to tell the Town Center HOA Board you do not agree with the new parking rules. By signing, you acknowledge and agree that the Addendum to Parking Rules and Regulations should be rescinded or amended to remove the implementation and use of Visitor Parking Passes in the community at large AND designate all unassigned parking spaces for use on a first come, first served basis.

I have been staring at the screen for a while now because I honestly did not think this many neighbors would feel the same way I do. This momentum belongs to you because you were the ones who took the time to speak up. Thank you for showing me that we are in this together.

I disagree about the parking because we became home owning and if i know that then we should rented apartment living , And I Feel that it's ashamed that we are grown and i like to have a get together and we have to let the HOA NO WE HAVING A PARTY , I LIKE TO HAVE AN GROWN UP PARTY NOT A KID PARTY .
The parking situation is already tight enough. adding more red tape is just gonna make it impossible to have family over for the holidays. enough is enough.
my friends came over last week and got a ticket for parking on the street. this is my home and i should be able to have guests without them worrying about permits. board is overstepping.
Ridiculous rules. We pay enough in fees already without having to deal with these stupid visitor passes every time someone comes over. Get rid of em.
WHO VOTED FOR THIS?? I never saw anything about these changes until they were already happening. Stop treating us like we are in school.

My family moved in to this community nine years ago. We were not informed that decisions concerning our property is not ours to make. How is it that we are instructed (forced) what we can do with our garage? Some people do not want to park their vehicle in their garage because it is used as a storage area; which is their right!!!!. We are paying the mortgage for our property (NOT the HOA) and as such should be the deciding factor as to how we want to use our garage.
