Are you tired of watching your hard work stolen, resold, and exploited without your consent? AI and digital artists are under attack—our art is being taken, mass-produced, and profited from by corporations and thieves who see us as easy targets. Please share with others let's make this go Viral.
The messages I receive from artists losing their livelihoods are heavy to carry but they keep me pushing forward. I am spending my nights researching legal precedents to see if we can force a conversation with these platforms.

As a bestselling novelist, I have watched my colleagues fight the theft of their creations on the Internet. So I am taking a stand with the digital artists against similar fraud and creative exploitation.

Start with the places where AI art is being created. My stuff got copied/stolen sold from places like AI apps, nightcafe,artlist.io to name a few. Those are the worst places. If its true then even management is involved in stealing and selling on temp, bubble and other places

I see there is now an option within Nightcafe to try and help with this but it doesn't go far enough, it may help if we could add our own watermark before publishing, too may companies and even other designers who like to take others talents and then claim them to be their own, it's disgusting and wrong on so many levels.

AI artists are creators of original images, the same as traditional artists and photographers, and are entitled to the same protections from unauthorized use or piracy of their work.

I don’t care if art is made by traditional methods, or using graphics programs, or using A.I. - art is art, and the artists should have their works protected.

I have had to report 150 cases of Intellectual Property Infringement on Temu in over a month! I have never even been asked permission or offered any royalties for my work. This is an outrage that others are making money off the images that we produce. It's a never ending battle.
