I honestly cannot believe I am typing this but they finally listened and the office is officially shutting down for a full review of their practices. It feels like a fever dream because it has been such a long exhausting slog but we actually did it and I am just …

This petition was made to shut down OCS in Kenai. Until legislators and/or other than OCS investigators, the state, and/or real licensed psychologists and/or reputable teachers, and/or professionals, that this may concern, are able to perform a thorough investigation concerning all their practices, their association's, (inside and out), and all open cases within the court of law or not. Corruption, acting above the law, lies and discrimination, and complete lack of following the rules and regulations that are set forth to protect our children and our families will not be tolerated any longer by the people of our state, our communities, our families, and/or children that may or have been affected by OCS and/or their corruption which coincides with their complete negligence of the rules, their protocols, and/or their regulations that they refuse to abide by.

All social workers and /or their constituents that have been found neglecting their duties in any way shape or form, ignoring the regulations, and/or violating the rules in a way that they personal deemed fit. Will not be allowed to work with children, the state, and/or any other protective agency across the state private or commercial and will automatically be relinquished of their duties and their licensing immediately. And will have to face any criminal injustices they are found to be guilty of in the court of law.

All cases confidential or not will be investigated. After investigations have commenced. And have been thoroughly performed, If OCS still wishes to act within the law and strictly follows their guidelines and regulations under close supervision from an outside source. Then and only then will the Kenai OCS and their constituents be able to practice under the supervision of a board of members, (that will be created lawfully by the people), as a separate entity from OCS, that were voted for by our communities, that fall within our districts, bureau's, and/or our boundaries and state.

OCS and/or their constituents will also agree to pay for all the legal fee's that the people affected by OCS and their actions, have not been able to raise themselves. OCS will also reimburse all the monetary detriments that they have inflicted on the families that have been affected by their actions. IE, PFD garnishments, payroll, child support, mental health, and/or any other financial implications that have been conducted by OCS and/or their constituents, if found by proper investigations for each individual case to be discovered as unsubstantiated by the investigators.

My phone is absolutely blowing up with stories from families who felt like they were the only ones dealing with this until they saw this page. It is honestly heart wrenching to read what some people have gone through when they just needed help instead of being treated like criminals by the people who are supposedly there to protect them. I am currently reaching out to some folks who might have the legal muscle to actually look into this because the silence from the office itself is just proving my point about how little they care.

I've been personally affected by kenai OCS. I will never give up. I will never forget until justice is served. Shut Alaska OCS down!

they continue to abuse their power. It is irresponsible to place a child in the care of a father who had broken his son's leg, assaulted the mom, threatened her with a gun.. Shame on ocs, you disgust me.

OCS has had my case of nothingness open for over a year and never found a thing. It was all based on drama, lies and people being mad at me. It needs to be shut down.

I was a victim of their misconduct in my teen years, resulting in a lot of issues I still work on getting through, today. I cannot begin to explain the damage they caused. I'd have to write a book and well, I just might!

They need to be stopped from hurting good families. I have seen them screw up things first hand. My grankids sperm donor and his ex abused them and blamed my daughter and daycare. But truth be told. They did it just to try to get custody and they were doing crack and never got pee tested.

O.C.S really needs to be looked at by an outside source. I feel that this should be state wide. But starting somewhere is better than nowhere.

This should be done in all the OCS agencies in the state. They are really overstepping themselves, especially in the native communities.
