This should be done in all the OCS agencies in the state. They are really overstepping themselves, especially in the native communities.

F#@k those people. Shoed up on my kids 1st day of school.I was accused of malnutrition. My son is 160lbs..... As well as claiming I was a kunkie with tats on my face. Offered em a drug test by hair. They appologized n left. She ignored all of my calls after as well. I was humiliated for no reason then poof her answering the phone abilities dissappeared. How convenient.

Courts need minimal involvement with our Families. And all of Government and any Agency involved in the any process needs to be held totally accountable. And any employee found to be engaging in corruption or making decisions on a what is a financial interest type basis, needs to be fired and probably jailed for a bit to rethink their life.

The corruption of government that is involved with family matters is disgusting!

The entire OCS needs to be shut down, investigated and the evidence that the complaintants have taken seriously.

Attached is a phone message I received after filing a complaint regarding Tammie Wilson’s call for a grand Jury Investigation of the Office of Children’s Services. In 2015 Tammie Wilson called for a grand jury investigation after she publicly declared that children services conducts interventions so aggressive that it amounts to legal kidnapping. The grand jury recommendations are that the Ombudsman and (CRP) Citizen Review Panel are statutorily authorized and required to perform such an investigation. However, when I filed a complaint with the Ombudsman asking for some form of public forum were those effected by OCS dysfunction could give public testimony and corrective action could be taken. Kate Burkhart said that her office doesn’t have the means or capacity to perform such a investigation. The Ombudsman claims they do not have authority to perform the investigation. I have personally had these OCS folks at my home a few times in the last few yrs of living here,nd they have even interviewed my kids without my permission in school, I think this department needs to be shut down for many reasons! I Don't believe I gave up my rights in this country for any agency to interview my minor children without my knowledge or permission!!!! I think it's sad how the OCS can just walk into our schools or homes and try to strong arm our children and family's for the sake of government funding, false reports, and fostering out children from good family's that love and really do care for their kids! This system was suppose to be setup to help kids in horribly bad situations such as filth, starvation, & physical abuse etc. in which the parents or guardian are NOT doing there job, not innocent family's trying to do the right thing and raise kids with respect, love, nurturing, & values. They need to be stopped from hurting good families. I have seen them screw up things first hand. My grankids sperm donor and his ex abused them and blamed my daughter and daycare. But truth be told. They did it just to try to get custody and they were doing crack and never got pee tested.

They should all close down OCS employees commit more crimes then criminal do.
