This petition is about getting San Francisco's State University security improved. As students we believe that our security is important at all times. We decided to press the buttons on the blue emergency posts to see if they worked. ⅓ that were pressed did not show any form of action. The rest were a pre-recorded message saying that the dispatcher would reach out soon. It took more than 3 minutes and ten seconds to talk to the dispatcher, no one came to the emergency posts to check what was wrong. This is a major problem because if we call for an emergency we expect someone to take immediate action.
