The developers at the construction site are clearly feeling the heat because our growing momentum is impossible for them to ignore now. We have forced them to acknowledge that this neighborhood will not accept their relentless noise and their blatant disregard for our peace.

I am signing to request no Construction Noise waivers are given for these 2 projects. These waivers affect the quality of life of the neighbors, have no "safety" advantage and are requested solely to benefit the developer and contractors' bottom line.
An exclusion only for single concrete pour is reasonable, but six days a week into the evening is very intrusive for neighbors and wouldn’t be allowed if we lived in single homes.
We have experienced a lot of noise from Mr C being built next to us. The least that we need is another construction site next to us making loud noises beyond the hours of 9 to 5.
The Kaufman Rosin building is right outside our windows and the noise will impose a huge and very negative impact on our daily lives. No after-hours noise waiver please.
The homeowners along S. Bayshore Drive constitute a huge tax base for this community and, yet, our rights to quiet enjoyment of the premises are constantly infringed upon in favor of the financial interests of developers and late night hospitality.
I love the noise. makes me feel alive
we need some civility here in the Grove.

I am signing to request NO CONTRUCTION NOICE WAIVER be given to these 2 proyects. The quality of life that the grove is trying to create is lost with all this noise that starts at 5:30 am and ends at 7/8pm UNACCEPTABLE.
