I am signing to request NO CONTRUCTION NOICE WAIVER be given to these 2 proyects. The quality of life that the grove is trying to create is lost with all this noise that starts at 5:30 am and ends at 7/8pm UNACCEPTABLE.

In addition, the sidewalk fence installed by Kaufman’s building adjacent to Grove at Grand Bay’s garage exit is dangerously blocking our exit view and will cause accidents.

Very important to solve otherwise residents in the area will have up to 5 years plus of complete disruption starting with Mr C. All for fair development.

I am signing to request no Construction Noise waivers are given for these 2 projects. These waivers affect the quality of life of the neighbors, have no "safety" advantage and are requested solely to benefit the developer and contractors' bottom line.

Please no waivers - we have lived through the Mr C construction on Saturdays and into the evenings already!

There is no reasonable justification for the city to approve work hour variances.....it's not a public safety issue (which is how this always gets framed), but is certainly a quality of life issue for the residents.

An exclusion only for single concrete pour is reasonable, but six days a week into the evening is very intrusive for neighbors and wouldn’t be allowed if we lived in single homes.

I live next to these construction sites and the noise is unbearable for late nights and early morning. I strenuously object.

We have experienced a lot of noise from Mr C being built next to us. The least that we need is another construction site next to us making loud noises beyond the hours of 9 to 5.

The Kaufman Rosin building is right outside our windows and the noise will impose a huge and very negative impact on our daily lives. No after-hours noise waiver please.

Noise waivers are unfair to residents who are entitled to some piece and quiet. Weekends, early mornings and evenings should be off limit to disturbances.

Rules and regulations MUST be followed, and proper community respect is a must. This is a residential area and issues like noise waives should not be granted
