Construction noise around our buildings has been a problem for many years. We need appropriate regulation to control contruction noise and day-time limits as well as consistent enforcement.
Thank you for bringing this forward. Coconut Grove needs protection, this petition certainly is a very useful contribution.
I am very concerned about local noise pollution from construction activities in the area of our resident at the Ritz in Coconut Grove. Please require the crews to show proper sensitivity to the residences. In some cases, we have elderly residents who don’t understand what the noise is all about. They are afraid. For the Residences at The Ritz-Carlton
The construction noise in the neighborhood has been horrific at times, at the new Mr C property, with heavy construction and associated noise starting after 9pm. This is completely unacceptable and should absolutely not be permitted with the new project on Tigertail or with the project currently under construction at 27th and Tigertail.
The construction noise has gone on for years around our building disturbing with unbearable consistent noise.
Enough with the noise. We’ve been living with it for far too long

Living here is becoming impossible with the constant drilling and banging. My kids can never nap and I work from home so it is constant stress. Just follow the rules like everyone else.
