finally someone says it. i see people throwing stuff out their car windows all the time and it drives me crazy.
PLEASE CLEAN OUR STREETS. SO MUCH GARBAGE ON THE SIDEWALKS LATELY.

it is so embarrassing to see trash everywhere when we have tourists visiting. we need more bins and fines for people who litter.
