The current, 2016 Healey Board of Directors has a voting system in place that has violated voters' rights. Voters are not aware of the bias methods in which votes are cast or calculated. The procedures for future voting should be changed. An independent entity or individual should conduct or oversea all voting activities to ensure a fair voting system for all HOA members. Votes for the recent loan and new board members should be reviewed for accuracy and potential violation of voter's rights.
