As homeowners in Highlands Village, we are deeply concerned by the lack of wildfire insurance coverage in our community. This shortcoming puts us all at tremendous financial risk and prevents any buyers from qualifying for loans for properties in our community. We would like there to be an emergency HOA meeting to find a solution to this issue.

Hopefully the emergency HOA meeting can provide additional information about our current wildfire insurance coverage and the financial impact from potential increase in coverage.
