We, the undersigned homeowners and residents of Huntington Ridge, formally submit this petition requesting the immediate resignation of the current Huntington Ridge HOA President, Yvonne Tiedemann, and Vice President, Tom Caldwell. If they fail to comply, this petition will act as a request to call a special meeting outlined in the Huntington Ridge HOA Bylaws, as stated in Article II Section III. At said special meeting, a call to remove members of the board will initiate a vote to remove Yvonne an Tome. A majority vote of the entire association (189/376) will be needed to remove members of the board, as stated in Article IV Section III. It will take place via mail voting and in-person voting.

During the latest election cycle, no other candidates expressed interest in running so Yvonne and Tom ran unopposed. They WERE elected officially but uncontested.

Over the course of their tenure, there have been numerous concerns raised by homeowners regarding their leadership, transparency, and decision-making. These concerns include but are not limited to:

1) Lack of Transparency and Communication
2) Financial Mismanagement
3) Failure to Represent Homeowners' Interests
4) Violation of Fiduciary Responsibilities and HOA Bylaws

Due to these ongoing issues, we, the homeowners and residents of Huntington Ridge, believe that it is in the best interest of our neighborhood for new leadership to take over and restore trust, transparency, and accountability to our HOA. We respectfully request that Yvonne Tiedemann and Tom Caldwell step down from their positions immediately so that an emergency replacement election may take place. By signing this petition, we affirm our belief that a change in leadership is necessary to better serve the interests of our community.

EDIT (8:30am, 4/3/25)- I had previously stated that Yvonne Tiedemann and Tom Caldwell were never formally elected to fulfill the officer positions of President and Vice President of the Huntington Ridge HOA. This is incorrect. They WERE elected officially but ran unopposed. I apologize for the inaccuracy. I had multiple sources tell me incorrect information. I apologize for the misinformation.

Additionally, it was previously believed that removal of board member would only require a majority vote at any meeting (according to the Section 47F-3-103 of the Planned Community Act). However, upon later discovery, that governing Act was ratified after the creation of Huntington HOA, therefore our Bylaws are grandfathered in and require a majority of the entire association.
