About time. Tired of all the secrecy and the constant excuses whenever someone asks a simple question at the meetings.

I wholeheartedly support the removal of our current HOA representation.

I agree with the recommendation for removal of the current board members ASAP.

Can there be additional information provided about the financial mismanagement allegation?

Finally someone is doing something about this. The way they handle our dues is a joke and zero people have been told where that renovation money actually went.

There needs to be more transparency and accountability for the actions or lack of actions taken place in the last few years. We were told i. the last meeting that in 2022 that the board approved who would do the work needed regarding the plumbing issue. However, no explanation was given other than that. According to the board they did consult 3 companies, but never gave us the information as to who they were not the quotes provided. It is my understanding that there are some issues with this current Company. Also, if this repair job does get the approved where is the contract provided for the S400,000.. The broad did not provide any such information!!! Because of these issues and issues stated in the petition, I am in agreement,

Need to resign immediately.

This HOA Needs a shakeup

I own property in the community. I fully agree that there needs to be more transparency. Work should not move forward until we receive multiple quotes and a decision is made based on cost, experience, references, recommendations and they absolutely MUST be license by the state.
