Our HOA has the responsibility to act in the best interest of the homeowners; many homeowners feel that the HOA is not doing this. The purpose of this petition is to get as many signatures as possible and send this to the HOA as a means of requesting a meeting with the HOA as a unified community. There are concerns and questions that many homeowners have that are not being addressed. Even if the HOA may not have all the answers, they are still accountable to act on the best interest of the homeowners. By signing this petition, you are requesting that the HOA meet with us to discuss community concerns, address community questions. Lets see how many signatures can be collected by the end of the month (March 31) and send this to the HOA to request a meeting within a reasonable time-frame (i.e. within 30 days from delivering this petition to the HOA). Let's start with trying to get 50 signatures. If we get more than that, will up it to 100. Thanks for your attention and in wanting to better this community.
