i Is-ganghellor Prifysgol Aberystwyth, April McMahon, Uwch dîm rheoli Prifysgol
Aberystwyth a phenaethiaid Adrannau Academaidd Prifysgol Aberystwyth i addo’r
canlynol:
-
I orffen darlithoedd am 12.00pm bob dydd Mercher yn ystod
y tymor.
-
I wahardd darlithoedd, sesiynau yn y labordy, cyfarfodydd

brynhawniau dydd Mercher (ar ôl 12.00pm).

gweithio tuag at ryddhau'r amserlen ar ddydd Mercher.

We want a Wednesday win #FUWednesdays
Aberystwyth University Students’ Union believe that Aberystwyth University should demonstrate their commitment to freeing up the Wednesday timetable by signing our proposed pledge.
Proposed Pledge
On behalf of Aberystwyth University students present and prospective, Aberystwyth University Students' Union asks the Vice Chancellor of Aberystwyth University, April McMahon, the Senior Management Team of Aberystwyth University and the Heads of Departments at Aberystwyth University to pledge the folllowing:
-To end lectures at 12.00pm every Wednesday in term.
-To forbid compulsory lectures, lab time, tutorials, seminars or any other classes from being timetabled on a Wednesday afternoon (after 12.00pm).
-
To
work with AberSU by working towards freeing up the Wednesday timetable (from
9am).
With the current economic climate leaving many Graduates struggling to find work, employability is a key consideration for all involved in the Student movement. A Degree alone does not make someone employable, but extra-curricular activities such as Sport and Society involvement does.
