As we all know, Vikki will be leaving us in under 4 weeks now.
However, she's probably the best Hospitality Manager I've had. I'm almost positive that I can say the same for a lot of staff at Easy Lane.
Vikki has always gone above and beyond to help us out. So, just to prove how much we need her, a few of us thought a petition would be a good way of proving it :)

The feedback I have received from staff members regarding Vikki confirms that her impact on the operations at Easy Lane is profound. I am currently preparing a formal request for management to review these signatures and consider how her departure would affect the team.

Easy lane won't be the same without Vikki! She does an amazing job and has created a great work environment. She is always there to help, even putting an apron on a jumping into wash up to help out!. I love working with you Vikki, and I hope you stay and continue your journey with Easy lane!
Vikki is definitely the beating heart of Easy Lane Aja, I couldnot imagine working without her. She does an amazing job & works so hard. She has picked me up at difficult time & made Easy Lane an enjoyable place to work. We need her Soul at Easy Lane! Hope you stay Vikki! Sheena Cowley

Easy Lane without Vik is unthinkable. She has created such a comfortable and positive work environment, and made the Easy Lane Family what it is today. It won't be the same without her. She has defined the workplace as optimistic, upbeat, encouraging and helpful. I know the staff and customers will be saddened to see her go. She is vital to keep Easy Lane afloat.

I think of the work Vik does goes unnoticed, she does alot of little things which no one else does, and goes a long way to keeping the easy lane going in the right direction. Vik must stau if were to keep on the up and up!

vikki has got to be the best manager I have ever worked with in the 11 years of being in the hospitality industry, vikki makes easy lane a pleasure to work at. Always helping the staff whenever they are in need, and always trying to make easy lane a bigger and better place. Easy lane will not be the same without her and it will be extremely sad to loose her.
