I have started this as most of you know Nicola Bullen she has been at the heart of the las well-being team.I have learned that Nicola is leaving the las in August as her contract is not being renewed! Nicola has been a godsend to us from setting up wellness days even making a superb vegetable curry for us all to enjoy.The las had real problems with the Physo and she sorted that and trying to make sure we all had the right immunisations.Then came along the dreaded COVID-19 and Nicola went above and beyond started the isolation packs and hotel packs and even with her team making sure everyone got a bag of goodies.I know everyone who works on the well being team are angels but it’s not them losing there jobs and we will never be able thank all of them.They have all shown so much kindness to us all and I think the very least we can do is keep the one person who has had our backs and supported us like no one ever has in my las career.This is a really bad time but to lose your job must be so stressful yet even with that looming she is still giving 100% to her job.I ask if you could sign this so I can take it to the board and Garret and Heather just to show how much she means to us all thank you

We have all gone through a difficult time and because of people like Nicola it has put many a smile on our faces and helped us to keep our chins up and keep the ambulance service going.
Thanks for all you’ve done for us! You have been amazing at looking after all of us and we all really appreciate it!
Nicola is the best person for the job
Please keep and give her a job as she is very much contribute to our LAS will do more and will keep us well fit also well caring for us and do everything for us... Please Please. Thank You,

Nicola helped me during a very stressful time when I needed to self isolate, giving me great advice helping me with my isolating issues. Also she arranged a isolation food pack for me and was available when I needed further help. She has been fantastic towards all staff and made a very difficult time less so. We need more like her not less.
