This petition is only for property owners of the Eagle Springs Ranch Property Owners Association in Wilson Creek, WA.
We, the undersigned members, demand a Special Meeting of the Members be called to order on Saturday October 21, 2023 at 10am in the Wilson Creek School commons. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a vote of the members for the following four (4) actions.
1: Vote to dissolve the Association
2: Vote to remove the current board of directors
3: Vote new members to the Board to fill the vacancy until the next annual election.
4: Vote to amend section 6.4 of the CC&Rs
In accordance with Article II Section 7 of the Association Bylaws, we the members demand that the President of the Board of Directors call this meeting to order at the date, time, location and purpose above. If the Board refuses to call this meeting to order according to our Bylaws then the owners who signed this petition along with those that attend the meeting will call the meeting to order in accordance with their legal rights to do so via RCW 64.38.035(1).

I really did not think we would see this kind of turnout so quickly because honestly the board has been stonewalling us for months. It feels like the tide is finally turning and my coffee is getting cold while I just stare at these names scrolling by on my screen (seriously though thank you for standing up for our rights at the ranch).

We have been in ESR since 2007 have paid 1000's of dollars in 2019 after our grazing lease was terminated, I believe the Association should be dissolved.
I am agree about the worst road maintenance. When I went the my lot 261 few months ago, the drive road was so old and the paved road was broken. The road looks not maintenance for a long time ago.
I would like to hear more about where we go from here!
We should not dissolve the POA until we have something to replace it with.
We need an ambitious board. Either the present board or a new one.
Oh please God let the POA be dissolved. Also, the current board members should be sued into oblivion and jailed for fraud and embezzlement.
