We have been in ESR since 2007 have paid 1000's of dollars in 2019 after our grazing lease was terminated, I believe the Association should be dissolved.

We should not dissolve the POA until we have something to replace it with.

I am agree about the worst road maintenance. When I went the my lot 261 few months ago, the drive road was so old and the paved road was broken. The road looks not maintenance for a long time ago.

Also: Abolish the HMA. When I bring this up the officers lways say "not possible". NOT TRUE. These officers serve to further their own personal interests and should be sued personally and be held personally liable for insider dealing, self dealing, and violation of their fiduciary relationship with the association to further their own interests.
