They actually agreed to put a resident on the board and I am honestly still reeling from the news. It feels like such a massive weight is finally off our shoulders even if we still need to keep a close watch on how they fill that seat.

We, the homeowners of Embrey Mill, request a Special Meeting to be held on September 8th, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Knight Meeting House. The sole purpose of the Special Meeting will be to discuss the inclusion of at least one Embrey Mill homeowner on the Embrey Mill Board of Directors, to include the process and timeline of such action.

I was just looking at the count and honestly it is wild how many of you popped up here overnight because I really need us to hit that number before the next meeting happens. If you send this link to the neighbors who are still sitting on the fence we might actually get a seat at the table instead of just watching from the back.

its our neighborhood we should have say in how things are run. tired of being left out of the loop.
ABOUT TIME. we pay enough in fees to deserve a seat at the table.
The developer cant just keep making all the decisions forever. we live here!
