These property owners listed herein seek to amend the Cadbury Subdivision Bylaws to allow for the installation of above ground pools at individual properties with appropriate privacy restrictions. Our goal is to develop policies and guidelines with specifications for installation, maintenance, size, depth and decommissioning for any by use of the individual property owner.
