I have been busy drafting proposed guidelines for pool maintenance and privacy fencing to present to the board. Your support is proving that many of us want the same flexibility to enjoy our own backyards during these hot months.

Seeing so many neighbors agree that we deserve flexibility in our own backyards is overwhelming. This shows that we all want the same thing for our families and our homes. We are finally gaining enough momentum to bring these outdated rules to the board.

As long as pools are privacy fenced in. The HOA should have zero say in it. Above, semi inground or below ground.
We have a tiny backyard and with Crowfield’s current restrictions, we could never fit an in-ground pool.

Ridiculous that we cant have a pool in our own yard. Let people do what they want.
