The board officially confirmed that our pool hours are fully restored to the original schedule. This only happened because 411 of you stood your ground and refused to accept anything less. Keep an eye on the pool gates to ensure they actually stay unlocked during those early morning hours.

Greenway Village pool has traditionally been a Swim at Your Own Risk pool from 5am to 10pm from April 1st to October 31st (2018 pool schedule attached as example of expected availability). This is an essential perk of the Cinco Ranch HOA (also known as Cinco I). Considering the lifting of the mask mandate and the occupancy being increased to 100% in the state of Texas, an outside lap pool being made available as Swim at Your Own Risk to residents of Cinco I is reasonable and expected. We are petitioning to restore the essential perk of Greenway Village pool being available as Swim at Your Own Risk from April 1st through October 31st from 5am to 10pm.

This is not about Covid. A-Beautiful Pools does not want to service this single pool after all others have closed. All petitioners should call the management office, contact management on Town Square, contact management on Cinco's website, and contact your Neighborhood Representative demanding the pool go back to it's original schedule.
We are still paying for the entity, so it should be open. The HOA should trust people to use their best judgement when at parks and public pools. If there someone that reports they are positive and been to the pool, then you can close it for a few weeks. But not until then.
We have already all signed a covid waiver. The governor has said all things can be open at full capacity. People are capae of deciding how much risk they want to take. We pay for these amenities that have been very limited this past year. Restore to full operations or give us some money back!
Open the pool! The CDC states that chlorine kills the virus and there is no transmission via a pool. It is swim at your own risk, so let us take the risk.
I am a triathlete that has used the pool regularly over the years as a perk for my HOA dues. This argument is insane, I am fully vaccinated as is almost every triathlete I know because we like to stay healthy.
