Dear Carlyle Residents,
We are seeking your support to add traffic calming devices (speed bumbs/humps) to Front Street in order to reduce speeding and potential pedestrian accidents.
As the residents of the Carlyle Residences at Celebration Condominium Association, Inc., we have expressed concerns over the excessive speeding on Front Street and a traffic study will be conducted by Osceola County to validate the warrants for the installation of traffic calming devices. Should it warrant for the installation of traffic calming devices, we, the undersigned agree for the installation of traffic calming devices i.e., speed humps in order to reduce the traveling speed on Front Street. The undersigned comprises of 60% homeowners (not renters) residing in Carlyle Residences at Celebration COA as shown in the attached aerial map.

Finally. The cars fly down this road like it is the interstate. Somebody is going to get hit eventually.
way too much traffic for such a small street. slow them down before something bad happens.

speed humps please!! tired of ppl zooming past my balcony at 40mph. super dangerous for the kids playing outside.
