I, the hereby undersigned, agree to support the liquor license application of Café/Restaurant CRAFT REVOLUTION, understanding the terms of their operating hours between 8am to 10/11pm. CRAFT REVOLUTION has noted concerns of noise with regard to the evening operating hours and have ensured to be considerate to the neighbourhood by keeping doors shut after 6pm and minimising disturbance from the patrons and shop operation.
CRAFT REVOLUTION, is an upcoming craft beer restaurant based in Sheung Wan. Developed to showcase local craft beers brewed in Hong Kong, we aim to further connect and strengthen community and local interest through a relaxing social spot.

I can't wait to have a delicious, locally-brewed craft beer here. Quality over quantity is the whole point of craft beer, and the concern over noise and drunken behavior seems wrongly inflated.
I live on square street...it would be wonderful to have this establishment here!!!!
This new venture will enable a small business to open and operate a small premises in an area which, although not having any like premises, will nevertheless serve both residents and external customers. It is not the type of premises that would result in noise, crowd, public intoxication or other nuisances. Granting a license will not turn the area into Wanchai or Lab Kwai Fong. It would be the type if premises that I would visit for a quiet craft ale albeit I reside on the other side of the island.
I would like to be able to have a quiet drink with a few friends in Sheung Wan and Craft Revolution is one of those places which showcases some of Hong Kongs best beers. I appreciate that their outlet is situated in a residential area but that is ideal for me as at my age I appreciate serenity and a quiet place to talk and sample a real ale.
This is a Hong Kong Enterprise that deserves local support. It doesn't mean that Craft Revolution are looking to turn Sheung Wan into the new LKF or SoHo, just a friendly little neighborhood café serving great coffee, food and locally made beers.

I support HK's small business especially related to local brand! I like how they present a relax lifestyle and promote locally made craft beer. Please give them the liquor license so people can enjoy more craft beer in HK!
