Please make Infrastructure Improvements before allowing more development. and Please restrict to at least one home on one or more acres. No more apartment complexes with 60 toilets to flush with not sewer treatment systems.
To allow construction on property that has been proven to flood repeatedly is putting families & property in danger!! The choice of St Tammany Parish council & government to "look the other way" has put citizens lives at risk & IT HAS TO STOP! Construction codes need to be w construction needs to better fit the surrounding community and not be used to fill a void in the pocketbook of the Parish. The neglect & disregard of the parish council, government & elected officials for the current citizens of this parish is HORRID!!
Never had flooding or draining problems in my Goodbee area until a few years ago...now every rain we fret. Something has changed !!! GPB
Life time resident. WE are fast becoming a HUD parish. Too many apartment buildings going up all over Ward 1 and 3. Our parish is no longer a clean and healthy atmosphere. Shame on our elected officials.
Too many taxes that don't cover basic services. Use the taxes to make our parish function. The quality of life isn't better if we are knee deep in flooding or sewage.
The Parish will continue the Madness unless the people Unite!! High taxes, good ole boy system does not work!!
I live on Mcgee Road and this new development is basically in my front yard

I vote in St Tammany Parish. The destructive and immoral practices of our government have got to stop. Allowing developers to build in floodplains that then causes existing homes and businesses to flood is insanity. The Parish should set boundaries - the developers won't.
