The restaurant located at 581 Hayes has applied to extend the hours of service from: Sunday-Thursday 10PM and Friday and Saturday 12AM To: Sunday-Thursday 12AM and Friday and Saturday 1AM   I am a San Francisco resident and support the modification of conditions to the ABC license at 581 Hayes to include later hours of service. As a local resident, I appreciate the amenities later hours provide as well as the added benefit of another open storefront to a neighborhood commercial district. I appreciate the fact that this restaurant would like to stay open later in order to better serve neighbors and the local opera and symphony crowds, provide additional jobs for San Franciscans, and contribute to the local tax base. I fully support the extended hours at 581 Hayes.
