I really cannot believe how many people are hitting sign because it feels like we finally have enough weight behind us to actually make them listen to our complaints about these constant parking changes. It gives me so much hope that we might actually get someone from the office to sit down and talk about the ridiculous fees instead of just leaving more notes under our doors pretending this is normal.

Seriously? EIGHT dollars?? I live here and pay my rent on time every month. My parents shouldn't have to pay to visit me.
This is just greedy. Guests should be free. Stop making us pay for everything!
They are gonna lose a lot of tenants if they keep this up. Already looking at other places for when my lease is up.
My boyfriend comes over after work and now I have to worry he gets a ticket? Nope. Need a meeting asap.
total bs. the leasing office never sends an email until after they already changed the rules. so sick of this place

Ridiculous. We pay way too much in rent to be nickel and dimed for having a friend over. Fix this.
