Whereas, The City of Los Altos seeks to add Class-A office space into downtown to provide office space for residents, and to support its retail core, Whereas, the proposed project at 40 Main Street, contributes ~16,000 Sq. Ft. of new Class-A office space, Whereas, The developer of 40 Main Street are able to create, for the public benefit, public parking stalls (36) in and around plaza 10, Therefore, we the undersigned citizens request that the City Council of Los Altos approve the project at 40 Main Street as it has been submitted, including the creation, through striping or other means, of the proposed parking stalls in and around Plaza 10.
