We are asking to have the above mentioned building demolished as soon as possible. It is a hazard to our community and hurting our property values. It has been in court for several years with no action being made to the site. We are asking Judge Hale to take immediate action and help clean up our community.

Updates

August 24, 2012

The persistent neglect of the Walnut Knolls property remains an unacceptable burden on our neighborhood. I am currently compiling documentation of these ongoing safety concerns to present directly to the court. We must ensure that the officials involved understand the urgency of this situation.

I use to live in these apartments and yes they are haunted and I feel bad for the people around that building when they take it down ...spirits have to go somewhere

my kids walk past this every day on the way to school and it scares me. way too many broken windows and loose boards.
