my kids play in the yard all the time. putting a commercial building there sounds like a total nightmare for safety.
we didnt move out to gooch lane to have a business right next to our back fence. keep it residential please.
Gene knows perfectly well he bought r1a property. why change the zoning now just to suit him?
this would completely ruin the quiet neighborhood vibe we have going here. stop the rezoning.
TRAFFIC IS ALREADY TOO BAD ON THIS ROAD. DO NOT NEED A COMMERCIAL ZONE HERE.

This property is adjacent to my property and rezoning it does not seem conducive to me raising a family next door.
